Kenny Payne

Kenny has for many years been involved in education and learning with a particular emphasis on vocational training within MSEs. With over 30 years industrial experience providing "insider" knowledge to how a company works, what they need and how to obtain that which is needed. " employer driven "

More recently he has been involved in sourcing grants and funding to help companys reach their aspirations.He has written many successful submissions over the past 7 years which a number of organisations and learners have benefitted from.

    Dave Tynan

    Dave, has worked for the last 18 years in project development and management developing programmes of work that target the most excluded in society. To date he has been successful in bringing over £19 million of external funding to small and medium sized voluntary and community groups. 

    Daves as director involves all aspects of running a Small and Medium Sized social Enterprise (SME), including managing the finances, strategic planning and governance, as well as consultancy and development of new projects and programmes utilising grants and external funding. The work involves partnership building with many agencies including, national and local government, Health Authority, Government Offices, Community and voluntary groups and a variety of different funding agencies who are responsible for managing for example ESF, ERDF, Lottery and European funding.
