CENTAURO proposed HR training for Micro SMEs Pilot Website

These pilot test pages have been developed in cooperation with UK based collaborators from North East Wales (Wrexham), our collaborators have extensive experience of developing and supporting training for Micro SME networks. These test modules seek to address the issues and concerns identified by the UK focus groups.

The modules are:-
Module 1 - Adult & Experiential Learning;
Module 2 - Training Delivery skills, Group Facilitation & Management & Developing & Using Audio Visual Media & Materials; 
Module 3 - Culture and Diversity;
Module 4 - Transfer of Learning &  Mentoring Other Trainers;
Module 5 - Professionalism and ethics;
Module 6 - Specialised skills & team training. Computer & Distance Learning Technology.
