Current Projects
CENTAURO
Our organisation (OAKE Europe) is a partner of a European Leonardo
da Vinci project, focused on management of micro and small enterprises.
The project leaders are based in Bologna, Italy with EU partners
in Spain , Bulgaria , Lithuania , Slovakia.
We are now working in phase 5 and 6 of the project activities.

The recipients of the project are:
- trainers of training companies which develop actions of Long-life
Learning.
- workers employed in microcompanies
- enterpreneurs of these companies with managerial shortage in Human
Resources
The objective of the project:
- on one hand the development of training skills in the technical
field in favour of microcompanies
- on the other hand, management services of Human Resources entrusted
to trainers aimed at looking after the policies of staff placement,
development and management in companies
Further project potentiality: social dialogue. The development
of the Human Resources management in companies is translated into
actions in order to increase the competences and the adaptiveness
of workers aimed at the competitiveness of micrcompanies. In a context
where the workers' Trade Unions are not active, the engine of the
dialogue process are the entrepreneurial representation Organisations
and the structures connected to them through the active policies
of employment and the innovation of training strategies.
To achieve the objectives indicated it is necessary to operate
on:
- the tools and methods of training and its organisation;
- how to "cultivate" and transfer the request of training
for the adaptiveness of workers and the competitiveness of the
firms also through specific interventions of human resources management.
In particular the operative objectives of the project are:
- Drawing a map at a territorial level indicating the existence
and lack of services which are part of the Development Training
Plan (PFS) for the human resources of microcompanies;
- Defining the services and the priorities referring to the actions
which are part of the Development Training Plan of human resources
for microcompanies which have to be designed / developped / tested
- Organising round tables for the definition of Development Training
Plans (Technical Boards and Decision Tables for the definition
of priorities and validation);
- Planning areas of intervention and services which make up the
Development Training Plan;
- Planning and carrying out personalised training interventions
addressed to consultants/trainers involved in the development/testing
of the Development Training Plan
- Testing the services planned which make up the Development Training
Plan (PFS)
- Verifying and validating the developped services/areas of intervention
- Carrying out actions of valorisation and mainstreaming
