ASAPH
An EQUAL project comprising local authorities, NGOs, independent
consultancies, training providers, and large manufacturers. It emphasises
the innovative use of ICTs for providing skills and training opportunities
to to improve access to training for people in employment who do
not have existing capabilities or opportunities to gain additional
skills.

only way to guarantee a total accessibility.

RURALTECH
In the INTERREG III programme, OAKE Europe leads an all-Wales consortium
in conjunction with a network of organisations across Spain
, France , Ireland , and Portugal
, as well as the UK.
The project highlights the strategic importance of
ICTs in rural areas to reduce both the current urban/rural divide
and disadvantages in ICT uptake generated by gender.

E-ABILITY
A project in the eLearning programme. Its aims were to
- identify and disseminate good practices in the promotion of
digital literacy aimed to people with psychological disability
- provide people with psychological disabilities digital literacy
essential skills needed to take an active part in the knowledge
society and the new media culture.
